Dukefield Energy Expanding Team!

Following an exciting couple of months of change and growth for Dukefield Energy they have now expanded the team, Colin Cameron and Dean Hesketh joined in August.

Colin has come on board as Pricing & Supplier Relationship Manager, with 11 ½ years previous energy experience working for one of the larger TPI’s, Inenco Group.

Colin’s background in energy started in 2010 as a Key Account Manager, he then progressed to managing the Sales Support Team for a further 3 years. From 2015 to joining Dukefield Energy, Colin was a Supplier Relationship Manager, managing over 20+ relationships, ranging from the big 6 to smaller suppliers.

Outside of work, Colin is very much an outdoors person and loves to cycle and run. Dukefield Energy CEO Nick has some competition! Impressively, Colin has completed 7 Marathons since 2015, including the London Marathon 3 times, for which he has raised thousands of pounds for charity.

When Colin is not running marathons, he enjoys attending festivals. His eclectic taste in music includes Indie Pop, Country, Classic, but his real passion is Heavy Rock (luckily, we don’t have an office radio). In his own words he just likes to have fun and enjoy life!

Dean has joined the business as a Data Analyst, following 4 years in the energy sector working for a supplier covering areas such as customer service, metering and settlements. More recently Dean worked on gas managed service areas where he would monitor and manage the flows of relevant gas data between suppliers and industry. Prior to this he worked in retail, telecommunications and transportation.

Having a young family always gives Dean plenty to do and keeps him on his toes, as you would imagine! Aside from spending time with his family, Dean is also a typical gamer and even hosts his own streaming channel on Twitch. Dean also loves travelling up to Scotland to visit friends for tabletop gaming weekends.

We’re delighted to have two new team members bringing with them a broad range of energy sector experience and some interesting hobbies to chat about on a Monday morning!
