Dukefield Energy Launch New Customer Portal

Dukefield Energy now have a facility for customers to have easy access to their own energy management reports. The web based platform is delivered via their partner Systemslink, the market-leading software specialists for monitoring utilities usage. All customers can have access to the portal via the Dukefield Energy website once they have been setup with an account login.

The portal has many features including charts for comparing usage over periods of time and also the ability for users to view their organisation’s electricity usage breakdowns by building/site. There is also a facility for targets to be set for energy consumption, which can help with managing expenditure and budget forecasts.

The team piloted the new system with a sample of customers before fully launching it and the feedback was very positive in terms of how intuitive the functionality of the portal is. They have also been pleased to hear that the features, which can be individually tailored to meet each customer’s reporting requirements are really useful.

The option for organisations’ to have 24 hour access to their energy reports is becoming an increasingly valuable tool as the impact of rising energy costs is felt. There is also a supporting Help Guide available to download here and they will also be running virtual training sessions. Registration links for the training sessions will be sent to all customers once the dates have been confirmed.
